Currently at 1410 calories. Eating at 123g minimum protein per day, 20g net carbs max, and less 94g fat daily.

I'm rarely hungry at those, and feel amazing. Some days I'm higher in protein and lower on fat, I balance it so I remain at or under my calories.

I turn 30 in a few months, and it'd be over ten years ago. I was 78kg at 17, but around 120kg at 19, so somewhere in between there! Was a good feeling jumping on those scales :)
