Updated the bottle holder to accommodate more bottles

No wonder you take lots of pictures when you ride you must be stopping every 5 minutes to pee with all those bottles

Gave the bathroom ceiling a freshen up.
23 year old, she needed it.
Btw, does anyone know how to make the yellowish fan cover white again?
Some as the light and ceiling fan plates, they have turned yellowish over time.
Cheers

Nice work, I've got that job to do also, have the sealer and paint, but lacking in motivation...

For the yellow covers, you can get appliance white paint, easier to replace the fan.

Thought it might of been, I just hate throwing stuff out when it still works.
Easy enough job, 3 pin plug and switch in the ceiling.
Cheers.

There goes my hourly rate, buggar. ;(

I did bump into a Bond Cleaner a couple of years ago, they had removed all the switch covers and had them in a tub of somesort of solution.
Some are removable(clipsal), which you can buy replacement covers for, others the face is it with the two plugs and the screws under them.
Might just have up date :)

You could try soaking it in a strong Napisan solution overnight.  That stuff is good for all sorts of things. Oil stains in the driveway, oven racks, stained bench tops, etc.

Cheers mate,
I've used it on a deck where the owner had restained/oiled it and it rained, causing it to go milky.
It desolved tbe stain/oil, washed it off and reapplied the finish.
I'll give it a crack.
Thank you.

I've just finished the same job...and what a Shitty job it was.
Stripping the numerous coats of white paint was a complete pain in the arse. I tried paint stripper first and was only successful in removing the latest coat of paint. Then resorted to sanding with a sander and that took a week !
If sanding, just to a section at a time otherwise it can be a bit overwhelming.
My advice is make sure you buy bathroom/kitchen ceiling paint with anti mould.

All them years ago, I added the inhibitor/anti mold/fungus to the ceiling paint for the bathroom/vanity area/kitchen.
Made prepping alot easier.
Wish we had done all the ceilings, some of the bedrooms with one window, the mould in the corners is a worry.
I guess they are the next job.

Used that on job where the tenants had an oil fire(Indian, working on the P/highway upgrade), smoke penetrated the ceiling in the kitchen and dinning room. 16sqm of cleaning prepping, final coat was like rolling tar.
Even the colour on the aluminum windows was discoloured. What brought them up was that Orange liquid for stick stuff like chewing gum, just wiped off the smoke stain.

Made up a couple of lap tables out of some scrap silky oak and 3 ply for my sister. She has been using one our grandfather made for her when she was about 8 years old. That makes it 57 years old, and just starting to deteriorate.

The 1960 FB Holden wagon left today to have some floor work done over the coming weeks.

Couple of pics from earlier....

The wagon on the way out..... the tank on the way in.
I gave the tank a run to try and suss out the shifter issue.
The big ol 484 big block gets a shuffle on.
Sounds good too, pretty big convertor, so lots of noise and revs.

The modified pipes arrived yesterday as well, along with the new lifters and whole heap of crap.

Today will be making sure the intake clears the exhaust properly.
You can seethe weld line on the centre 2 pipes, where the new tubes were done.
I hung them a bit loose yesterday and it wasn't looking great.  ???

Oh well, another day, another classic car part to play with.
