Bollocks. Staying with my sister over Christmas and just discovered that my wife forgot to put any of my clothes in the suitcase. I've only got the clothes I travelled in and I'm here for four days.

Think of it as a camping weekend. Nothing wrong with 4 day old clothes in the environment ;D

Thanks for the advice lads. My niece has offered to knit me a pair of grundies but I think rotation might be preferable to an itchy backside.

If I'd packed fishing gear, I'd be out on my ear.  :D

My wife is normally mild mannered, softly spoken and extremely tolerant of all the crap I fling at her. Swear words never pass her lips. Except one day, I floated the idea that I might take up fishing and she lost it. To say I was taken aback is an understatement. After making some enquiries with her sisters I found out that before she met me she had actually been engaged to a bloke who got interested in fishing and he became totally obsessed with it. Morning noon and night, every spare hour was spent talking about fishing, fishing while talking about fishing or fettling his mountain of gear while talking about fishing. She left him because of it.

Now "fishing" is trigger word for her.

It's Christmas. Because Boxing Day is on a Sunday, the shops don't open here until tomorrow.
