A 13-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder, accused of stabbing the woman with a knife.
A Coles supermarket worker is fighting for her life after allegedly being stabbed in the back by a 13-year-old boy. The teen allegedly approached the 63-year-old worker as she filled fridges at the Yamanto Central Shopping Centre

Stabbed in the back FFS... and the sad thing is being so young, he will get a stern talking to and a finger waved at him - and returned to be a worthless parasite on the community again... I'm tipping he's one of the people that get away with everything...

It's all about Coles endevouring to generate some good news by showing how concerned they are about their workers.
Be a better situation if they dropped their exorbitant prices for the general public.
Just another knee jerk reaction.

On a recent trip to England, I had to show ID to be able to buy a small fruit knife in a department store. But the stoopid thing is, all they did was look at it, and didn't take any details. Which makes you wonder, what was the point of showing ID? It wasn't for proof of age, FMD I'm 70 yrs old.

It is something, that nobody wants to go through, to go to work, and your family member don't get to see you come home.
I'm referring to the shocking incident   where the Coles employee was attacked by a youth with a knife.

Coles response,
They will not stock Kitchen Knives.
I'm trying to understand this response

"Coles will no longer sell knives in its supermarkets nationwide after a staff member was stabbed in an allegedly random attack near Brisbane.

The 63-year-old worker was stabbed in the back while filling fridges at Yamanto Central shopping centre in Ipswich on Monday.

A 13-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder, accused of stabbing the woman with a knife.

Yes mate, but at the end of a day, every item is worth only as much buyers want to pay. Unable to sell this for 2 years tells the story loud and clear.

As we start a new year I’m thinking about where I’m at with travelling.
I’m just past  70, been swagging mostly solo  (literally) for 25 years and I’m at the point that the five and six weeks trips living out of the car are just getting a bit hard.
I don’t want bells and whistles, just really a tent on wheels, which is what these older  style campers basically are.
Something for a two week trip to the Pilbara, or the goldfields or a wildflower week in spring.
Not much capital expenditure  required.
Pity this is in nsw.  ;D

I'm on my third CUB, Explorer, Scout and now a H14.

Unfortunately I would say that people look at the age rather than the fact that these CUB's built to last if they are well looked after.

There’s age and age. This, if maintained well, will likely  be still going after many of the new bright shiny things from overseas  are starting to fall apart.

Perhaps the age is not working in its favour. Despite its condition it is 30 years old. For comparison, there are pop top caravans that age for less money.
Not shooting this down, just thinking out loud for possible reason why is it not selling.

He's still getting ointment in it twice a day. It's getting better... but ever so bloody slowly.

I'm more terrified that wife is returning in two days after I've had the place to just me and the bois for the last 4 weeks and...

I may have some tidying to do...
