My thoughts too, They say at least £10million so that's getting close to $20mil, I'd be surprised if it isn't a reasonable amount more than that. One for the lawyers to argue about I guess.

Yeah, 1400 cars x only $10000 each = $14 mill (& photo's showed at least 1 Jag so definitely more than that), without the building itself 

His insurance renewal next year is going to be interesting to see

my brother fixes washing machines and dishwashers for a living, but I think it will still be cheaper / better value to bin this one and just buy another....i'll give him a call later on about it and see what he says, but either way that escaped smoke is gunna = $$$$
