Yep. I did feel guilty. I had to tavel 480 km to get it.
In the short term the winch for the hard floor will be moved six inches towards the car. I don't normally bother with the winch but it will come in handy for the boat. The boat will get removable wheels on the corners of the transom. The boat will be turned over and the bow lifted onto the rear of the camper then winched on top. Might include some wooden dowel type rollers or teflon skids. Not exactly sure  yet. I need to get it off the boat trailer to see how manageable it is.  Boat overhangs the rear of the camper by 500 mm but hopefully i can reduce that

There was somebody (can't find any pics) who basically used a couple of ramps to winch the boat and boat trailer up onto the top of the camper, I don't think it would be quick or easy but I assume it might balance out as I would imagine the boat would be ready to go as opposed to having to put the engine etc on.

Pretty right with that one. We've been taking outboarfs and gear for years with the zodiacs.  The outboard and safety gear etc fits easily in the back of the cruiser. Fuel tank gets strapped between the stone guard and storage locker.
The seats are sometging I've never had to consider before and the wooden oars will get ditched for the collapsible zodiac oars which are much lighter and more compact

Dont mind the idea of a nice set of compact ramps.

Thanks for sharing Craig.  That looks like a great setup.   Getting the boat onto the camper is my preference as that is where it will live as it helps with a lack of storage space at my place.

Put the tinny on the camper tonight using the winch. 10 minutes  with moderate effort.  Still better than 20 minutes strapping 2 bikes, a canoe and zodiac on.  However 10 minutes on means 10 minutes off which equates to 20 minutes in total.  Sort of spoils the advantage of a 2 minute setup of a hatd floor camper though.

Should be quicker after I implement some of evo's suggestions.
