I had to order a new main belt for the company 2007 hilux. Rang a company called Anything Auto in Winnellie. They were supposed to del the part to our freight company on Wed but for some reason it never arrived. The person who I ordered it from rang and apologised for it not being sent and offered to drive all the way to here, Peppimenarti,  which is a 4 hr drive on Sat to drop it off. 

I advised not to worry as I am not that desperate and happy to wait till the truck comes in next Thursday. He will throw in some other gear for me no charge for the inconveniance.

Not related to camping but had a great experience in the supermarket today. I realise it's not normal to rap Woolworths but we wanted hotdog buns,none on the shelf,lady said we only have minis, I said ok we will take them.

Ten minutes later the same lady has found us half way down the shop,she has the said hotdog buns & will take the minis back,very apologetic & genuinely glad to help.

When myself or the wife receive great service from anyone (regardless of store or employer) I like to find a manager or someone before I leave and let them know what happened....... figure one good turn deserves another.

We are going to open an account with them to supply oil etc plus any carparts that the locals may need.
