Just got back from a trip down to Ocean Shores. Had Deep Purple In Rock and Derik & The Dominoes blasting away on the way back. Was a good trip.

I had Concert for Bangladesh on my old reel to reel tape deck many years ago, recorded from a brand new vinyl copy (3 LPs?). I used to give that tape a bit of a flogging. I saw it at the movies back in 1972 or 73, can't really remember now, but yeah awesome. I have a DVD copy of the movie these days, but would like to get a flac version to play on the stereo.

Yep, puts a whole new listening pleasure to some old zep classics.
The more I listen to Jimmy the more I get to admire his talent. I used to just think all git players were like that. There are some great git players but he is in the top tier level I think.

Yeah, the more you go back and listen to some of the older stuff, the more you hear in their music eh..
