Dark side of the moon spent 18.5 years in the top 200 billboard  albums in the US. 1 of 4 ablums to sell over 42 million copies. That album is something special, back then, now, and in the future.

Anyway, I'm still stuck on The Angles. Singer Dave Gleason is leaving the band to do his other things, drummer Nick Norton will take up as singer, and another Brewster will come in as drummer. "This is it folks, o v e r the top".

When asked what is my favourite album that Pink Floyd produced, well depends on what mood I'm in.
There is also something peaceful about driving through the bush/hilly country listening to Pink Floyd.

Saw them last month at the Big Red Bash. Dave Gleason did an amazing job.. as always.

We have to start thinking about what sort of a world we are going to leave for Keith Richards after we are all gone.

Played a couple of albums from Rodriguez seeing he just passed. He was quite popular in the late 70s in Oz and South Africa but hardly anywhere else. Saw him perform in a Cinema\Theatre in George st Sydney and was a great concert. He was amazed that people came to see him I think. Also saw JJ Cale at the same place too but was a work night moonlighting as a lights tech for the night.

Fowlers lane, between Byron & Bangalow..
Many Aussie bands in the early 80's practice there. Cold Chiesel, Midnight Night Oil, The Clash, Australian Crawl and the Angels.
It was free to drop in and listen.
Thanks.

Soen's new album Memorial is a good listen.
Moody prog rock/metal
Drummer is ex-Opeth and bass player is ex-Testament and Death.
Often compared to Tool, but I find them much more listenable than Tool.

So long as you have tried your best, you should have no regrets.

Went into JB HiFi the other day and was browsing the vinyl records.

Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd $98.99
Welcome to the Machine - Pink Floyd $52.99
Cold Fact - Rodriguez - $52.99

Somebody is trying to make a killing.

If you're after original material, try local markets, you'd be surprised.

I've been fortunate enough to have over 70gb of tunes on a hard drive & cloud as a back up.
Converting vinyl and tape over years to MP3.

So I've been YouTubing  early AC/DC this arvo.

I already have original material.
I own an original Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon from 1973 in pristine condition and Rodriguez's Cold Fact from 1970. I have owned them for years.
Discogs values the Pink Floyd at $330 and Cold Fact at around $25.
I haunt local markets looking for Vinyl.
Like yourself, I got lots of stuff on digital and that is some awesome Bon Scott.
