So long as you have tried your best, you should have no regrets.

Forty years ago today, lightning struck. Rolling thunder, pouring rain. Tropical wind thrashed the concrete cell blocks of Nassau's Compass Point Studios in the Bahamas. Imagine Malcolm Young waking in fright as Hell's fury hit. Bon was really dead. A stranger was in their midst. So far from home. Everything was riding on this.

In those fateful weeks of 1980, he and his kid brother, Angus, reanimated a monster. Today, AC/DC's Back In Black is one of history's monolithic albums. In December, it clocked US sales of 25 million. Way more than any Beatles record. Bigger than Zeppelin or Floyd. In the rubbery registry of claimed global sales, it's pipped only by Michael Jackson.

Getting back into Giorgio Moroder after discovering a club gig he did recently - even in his late 70's lol. A staple of growing up late 70's/early 80's! Plus the amount of movie soundtracks he has been involved with is amazing.
We've swapped from the camper to a van yay! :)

Morning of The Earth. Just can't help myself. Brings back so many hazy memories.

We have to start thinking about what sort of a world we are going to leave for Keith Richards after we are all gone.

Archie Roaches "Dancing with My Spirit" gets a spin this morning. One of our great singer song writers.

Nice one, you must have been reading my mind. I just got a digital copy of the sound track a couple of days ago. This movie and Endless Summer, were two of my favourite movies when I was younger, even though I have never surfed.
4.2L TD Toyota Troopy, (Clarke's Country Camper Trailer, softfloor.) sold it and bought a Avan Ray small poptop caravan.

Funny I was never a surfer either but shared houses with a few guys who did and growing up not far from Byron and Lennox and living at Bondi, Coogee and Maroubra it just got ingrained I guess.
Some great tracks on MOTE, never gets old.

Was cleaning out a hard drive and happened along a digital version of Kush with Jeff Duff.
Used to watch these fellas at pubs in the 70's.
