tens machine

I would like some advice on tens machines, I see you can buy them on ebay and it would be good to get feedback from any one that has one.

An old mate of mine put me onto the TENS machine a few years ago, he swore by it, so I got one for my back thats been crook for 30 odd years. It may have helped a bit, but not much.  I only used it 3-4 times and gave up.  I was then put onto a kinisiologist who gets the back feeling great.
The missus has used the TENS on her ankle, maybe a bit of relief but not the magic weapon we hoped.  It probably does work on other issues but it didnt for us this time.

Had the genuine Omron tens and a Chinese knock off. The Chinese one was not as good a performer and batteries didnt last as long. It also died after a year. The genuine tens is still going on its third set of pads. They work well with good clean pads, more for muscular issues I think. I think there a fair thing

I have "Restless Leg Syndrome", which is some sort of nerve thing that for me is triggered by the muscles.
My TENS helps out a lot, no more relief in my wallet by the docs, can do it myself.

Just google it, described my symptoms perfectly woo hoo. Probably should have looked into it more a bit sooner. Now to try new ways to relieve it..... Gotta love MySwag

I tried one a few times at the melb pain centre, it didnt really help... weird feeling too.

After I had my accident 30 odd years ago, I used one regularly, although then they were a little larger than they are today, I found I needed to use it daily though to get a benefit from it.
As I have had to g back recently for treatment and it was suggested I get one to try.

Bought an Omron one today and it definitely helped my knees. Then put it on swmbo's shoulders..... Don't think I'll be getting it back in a hurry

I grabbed the electric fence this morning...arm muscles still sore. Haven't done that for 25 years and don't think I'll try it again in this lifetime.
