I hope that was tongue in cheek, but there are still people that believe that.. Even a couple of Auto Sparkies I used to work with.

Very much so, i forgot the  ;D

Jeepers Creepers

I set myself on fire yesterday.

Using an angle grinder, I knew the sparks were shooting towards me.

Couldn't really change the angle I was working from, so i just pushed on.

Smelt something, apart my own smelly butt and found my shirt on fire.

Burnt a hole the size of a 50cent piece in my shirt. (I had a t shirt on under my work shirt)

Bloody hell, that's the second time in a week.

Thank Christ it never happened when I fart..... I could've burnt the place down.
I DON'T CARE HOW NICE THE HAND SOAP SMELLS.....

we do have a range of fuels, oils and Shit around the place.

I'd rescue the Fleetwood first.

Hmmm, poor ol thing hasn't been out in a few weeks.

Might be a tomorrow shed job, back the poor ol girl out and give it a short run of a couple hundred KLM's

Finally a sunny day to mow the lawns and nature strips as my local Jim's mowing man can't mow at the moment due to stage 4 lockdown. Dragged out the 40 year old Rover mower with Briggs & Stratton 4 stroke engine. I haven't used it since I had it serviced 10 years ago. Filled it up with fresh fuel, checked the oil and hoped for the best. First pull nothing, second pull it fired, third pull it started and ran like a Swiss watch. An hour later finished the next door neighbour's and our lawns and nature strip.
I owe, I owe, it's off to work I go...

Well I just did the same thing with my lawns. And a very similar mower but mine is only 28 yrs old and still goes ok. Usually one or two pulls max to get it going. Going by your mover it looks like I have a fews left in mine yet.

Flushed my radiator, block and replaced a copper washer that was leaking on the engine from the turbo pipe.
All new engine coolant added.

I was looking for some kind of portable 12v water pump setup so I can wash the bus, car, hose down the solar panels etc. I'm running from a rain water tank and the bus water pump has no worries tapping into it but it was just too far to run the bus water out to my car. I already had a 12 lt/m pump (which was the first one I installed but found it to be too much for what I  needed and swapped it out for a 8.5lt/m one). 90% of my power tools are Ryobi so I wizzed down to the bgs and grabbed the cheapest skin I could find (an 18v torch) and a cheap arse toolbox. All the rest is stuff I had lying around. This is what I ended up with....

Photos came out a bit average but I think you'll get the general idea. Works pretty good.

I finished the fire by putting the legs on and a mate gave me a length of stainless tube for the exhaust then with a length of reo bar I had I made up the grate & some wood storage underneath I even managed a poker but had to rob a file for the handle
Then the fun bit the first test run  ;D   She's a winner  :cup:
It worked well lots of heat kids had a ball toasting marshmallows  They only managed sleeping out until about 12:30 on Saturday night until they came in as the wind was too loud and kept waking them up

Nope, but I've got a plan of one to do!

Challange Meredien Offroad Walk Thru

This morning I swapped out the front door barrels and Ignition barrel for new ones in the 80 Series.
Now I just have to figure out why the central locking will not lock the tail gate( been like this for a couple of years now), might be the box in the drivers door.
I'll hit a mate up for loan of one to test it.
Cheers
