I have something similar to this:

LOVE it and so does the wife. I had to buy another one for her (her is from Kmart though for about $60). They are a little bulky though

Jenko67

hey mate, we bought 2 from anaconda, they are fantasitc... got them for 50% last year... bulky for the camper but worth the trouble...

BigJules

I bought the Foxy lady recliner for my wife. She likes it.

It is great as a recliner, pretty ordinary when you try to sit normally as well as being heavy and bulky compared to all our other chairs. But my wife does like it so I make it fit in.

We love our OzTrail Deluxe Sun Loungers ... they are a bit bulky ... but they are SO worth the trouble!   :cup:  Sorry no drink holder unless you opt for the OzTrail fold up camp stool to put your drinks on.

Agree with what others have said....... the full length recliners are a bit bulky, but for kicking back and relaxing in full comfort, they are worth it!!.......

The only other thing worth thinking about is that if you got for a full length recliner is that it's all but impossible to do anything at a table with it.

Mate of mine last we went to Fraser brought a full length Oztrail one, we were playing poker one night and he was constantly struggling to reach the table as well because you cannot get your feet under your chair.

Yes definately taken into consideration thats why im leaning towards the alloy much lighter so enables me to take the other normal fold out for her, well thats the plan sofar. And i only want one .

I know your after a recliner, all noted.

Just a point, as above, mentioned that its difficult to sit at a table with a recliner, the other point is that you can't just put your feet up, without having the back go full tilt back.
first time on one, thought I was going to go ass over. I would like a chair thats semi upright, but with the legs part up, if that makes sense?

I do have one of these 'recliners', but seldom use it tor the difficulty of getting in and out.....
Why do people ask "What the hell were you thinking?"
Obviously I was thinking I was going to get away with it and not have to explain it....

As said I know you are after recliner we looked for awhile before getting 2 of the companion brand ones from the big green shed they have 8 positions that they lay back and a pillow, no foot rest or drink holder but like Kit_e we have the oz trail stool for drinks or feet to sit on got it on special last year.  You can sit up in them and lay down I had a nice arvo nap in mine on the weekend.  They are large but sit on top of bed on camper and fold flat hope you find what you are after.

We got two of these at a camping show, very comfortable chairs however:

Watch out for the nuts falling off the bolts which hold the back of the arms on. First chair nut fell off, I didn't notice and the chair broke, currently being assessed by OzTrail for warranty repair.

Second chair the nut has fallen off but I checked before sitting on it. That will be going back for a replacement nut as well.

You can also buy clip on wine glass holders for not much that are very similar to those on the Foxy Lady.

Bought Mrs Renno a Foxy last Christmas. She complained it was to big/heavy and wouldn't use it and asked me to take it back. I asked her to try it first. She now thinks its the best thing ever. Wine Glass holder, Tablet holder. Well made. She loves it..

Hi Bunyip any hints on where you might be able to get these and are they wine glass only or take cans etc.

Thanks Renee

Nope .. no issues at all with ours.  Must have been a Dud?

We use the Stools as seen above as they double as side tables but were purchased for sitting at the table ... not that we do anymore ... getting out of these fancy smancy chairs is a tough thing to do ... comfort to the extreme!
