Heard a rumour there will be some CT's on display coming in from Myanmar, they sport fully termite treated Bamboo chassis and all..... and cheap too, can't wait!!

I'll probably go along again. Good old "Cairns <anything-you-like> Show". I seem to go every year, despite swearing black and blue the previous year that it was the last time I'll waste my money.

John - I'll have a look for you, but the CNS show really isn't a good barometer for these things. Half the pavilion is given over to people shilling shamwows, steam mops, spas and solar panels. Outside were a couple of boats and a couple of caravans. It's certainly not in the same league as the BNE camping, fishing and boating show . For a generator, I suggest waiting till Rays/BCF/Supercheap have a XX% OFF sale, and grabbing one then.

That said, this year might be better! And I'm going to support local events, even if they kill me. So I'll go along again, and no-doubt be lamenting my lighter wallet by Saturday afternoon.

Wondering if anyone is heading to the show with a particular interest in buying a certain item....... maybe mention on here what you are thinking of buying and if others are looking for the same, we may be able to hook up there at the same time and do a "bulk buy"special price.
