Sold the ranch, moving to Townsville

We have sold our big ranch in Bowen (2acres) and have purchased a house in Townsville . Will be moving in at the end of August and look forward to meeting up with more of the group in the near future. Would appricate some good GPS marks out to sea also, as I have a nice 6 metre fibreglass boat with 115 hp yamaha 4 stroke, plus a 4.2 metre tinny with 30 hp yamaha  2 stroke for the creeks etc.

With three boats and a camper going from a farm block to 600 sq. mtr. block me thinks time to reaccess the situation.

Does the new place have a shed?

Jcclures not yet but I am open to any suggestions for a shed supplier and builder in Townsville.
I will be looking to have a 7.5x6metre shed.
