I beleive that this works on the removing the negative waves from the electrical system of the car.
Now it is well known that the negative waves affect the fuel economy by making the alternator unhappy.
This is a direct result of the inverse parralel wave of the Plasma induced coefficient of the reverse sine wave harmonic that the occupants of the car create.
All of this then affects the combustible coefficient of the octane cetane relationship of the transverse coefficent of the weight of your right foot. >:D

QuoteYour car's electrical system components are interconnected. For superior performance, they must have a clean electrical circuit environment in your car. Many cars develop electrical imbalances over time due to the power demands made by various accessories and normal wear on batteries, spark plugs and other parts.

With a stable voltage environment, your car will run better, allowing better fuel efficiency, and longer battery life. The Fuel Saver is a multi-purpose voltage stabilizer that provides just that environment. Fuel Saver's worldwide patent pending design instantly stabilizes your car's electrical system, resulting in better fuel efficiency and overall performance. By stabilizing your car's electrical system, your engine's spark plugs deliver a strong, even spark, resulting in better combustion. This more complete combustion increases power and results in cleaner emissions.

This revolutionary technology provides consumers with an inexpensive way to save money at the gas pump and help our environment at the same time. Just plug the Fuel Saver into you car's lighter adapter and start saving today!

Oh jeeezus..... the worst thing is that someone out there will buy it, 'trial it' and then tell everyone it works.

I have found that if you attach a wrist power balance band thingy to each door handle, it has the same effect.

Be careful, I had to reset my flux capacitor after I installed this.   If I hadn't I may have altered the space time continuum and ended up repaying him his money.

BTW, If he said he could do all that to a person we would call him a chiropractor.

There is an easier way to "stabilise your car's electrical system".   Leave the headlights on overnight.   In the morning the battery will be completely stable.

Well contrary to all the negative comments I have purchased 2 of these and have found them to be just  the dux gutz. Far better than the hiclone thingy.. >:(

I have 2 lighter sockets in the 80 series (diesel) and have now achieved an amazing saving on fuel. ;D

In fact I now get about 5-6 ks to the Lt more than I did before.
