If the seller wont sell with rego (good chance of it), if its the same as Vic you have to get a permit from Vicroads which allows travel for X days

We are thinking of buying a hybrid caravan outside WA.
How does this work with transferring the paperwork?
And when collecting ourselves, is it best to have the seller keep the rego till we are home?
How does this all work?
I tried to find the answer on the DoT website but not clear to me.

If members really wanted to have a national meet they could have all came up to North Queensland for our 2024 FNQ MySwag Christmas get-together at Woodleigh Station . This Get-together is the longest running annual event on the MySwag calendar .
