Roll Call For Members Listed

As the group will be large I would like a definate yes or no from the list below. As some members are on the forum only now and then the cut off date is December the 1st 5.00PM. This will give them plenty of time to say yes or no. If I have members on the list not responding by the cut off date they will be deemed not interested and taken off the list.Other members will then be added who have had their name down. This will also help in the planning.

Guys we, Frostd and Us are coming but as we will be taking 4 weeks Cains to Cains I guess it's better to say we expect to - or hope to, spend time with you, all going well. We have planned our trip to coincide with your start date with the hope to spend time getting to know you all and cross paths as much as possible based on your time line verse ours... I don't want to muck you around Mark so maybe you should take us off your list but if you could still keep us in ind with your planning as we have been designing ours to spend max time with your group.
