I originally had the cable through the handle of the solar panels, but it wouldn't take long to snap it off. So I have drilled a hole in the frame, big enough to fit a decent sized padlock. I then lock the cable to that and around a tree.

These cables come in real handy for various things.

Yep my mate came back to his camp and found the wire still looped through the handle with the screws on the ground beside it !
