So my first question is where is the wash-down point going to be?

Rainbow Beach, where you then drive ~10k to Inskip, either up the beach, or along the inland dirt track? Or are they planning on washing at Inskip itself?

& how much water is this going to use, & where is it coming from? I don't think Rainbow's plumbing could handle another few million l/day, either supplying, or disposing of, it.
