.... on Radio at moment some chick just asked for full cream milk in coffee at the new Library Cafe - and the guy said no its not healthy...

'The Book and Bean Cafe is now open at Frankston Library, with a focus on healthy food options, to help you make the right food choice.
The cafe's menu has been designed by Council's Hospitality Officer, Neil Kingscote, in consultation with dieticians at Peninsula Health.'

Get ready for more of that, as did anyone else see on the news the other day some federal Labour politician was asked by a reporter is it true that Labour want to make food healthier by dictating to food companies how they make their products. When the reporter said "so you will tell Kraft to make Vegemite with less salt and Arnotts to use less sugar in TimTams" the politician said "yes", then she quickly tried to back track by saying "not straight away, we will gradually phase it in".

WHAT THE HELL!  Did not know that we live in a communist state. Where will the agenda end? Whats next?

Interesting, Stalin I can understand, but not Hilter. When one think Hitler I do not think labour, but the mistake I make is to think Labour not labour movement.
But then labour movement means that a popular leader is at the head because the ordinary people/labour movement follow them.

In Australia everyone have to vote, so Council was voted in because they got the majority of the vote (yes, preference deals have an impact) but still Council was voted in. If Council make rules like this, then vote them out during the next council election.

Curious to see what the outcome will be of the other Councils and interstate Councils.

Fortunately Clive and Bob seem to be for less government intervention not more. Can't see them supporting such stupidity. That's probably why they, along with One Nation, will get so many votes

You can't blame the Americans for that, their spelling is their spelling.
Its the Aussies that have adapted to it.
Even on the 63/64 Cadillac forum, I still use the Aussie words (Trunk/boot.... Gas/Petrol) when posting.
Its up to me if I want to be "corrupted" or not... not them.

Bit like imported Chinese camper trailers.... not the Winky Bats fault, its the Aussies that buy 'em.
