What's everybody's New Year's resolution this year?

Seeing as how my wife is a yoga teacher, mine might be to take up yoga....

It has done wonders for her wellbeing and mindset on life...

Wel done D4D, my resolution was to give up going to the gym, I can honestly say I haven't been for 35 yrs 364 days!
I just buy fatter shirts now.

Not so much a resolution , but after 40 years of puffing on durries it is time to give them away . At some point in the early new year I want to be a non - smoker .

Time to get my life in order , I can't keep up with my live in grandkids and they all want me to be around for a while yet .

Great reason for giving up. It's good to be there for the kids.  They surprise you, every now and then , with something special.

Im aiming to complete my next half ironman race in under 5hrs in Vietnam in May and then, working really hard to go as close as possible to 11 hr on my next full ironman which is in Busselton in December.  I have a lofty 5 yr goal to try and qualify for the ironman world champs in Hawaii.  LOTS of hard work to be done to even get close to qualifying let alone actually qualifying.

I do a bit of camping, and one of the highlights is sitting around the campfire talking gibberish !!  So, maybe my resolution is to keep doing the same as before !!

Spicy fruit buns are on sale now  X marks the bun . Sadly lm over this work thingything . Ran out of Umpfff about 9Am after arriving at 7Amish . Might be a long work year as l have peaked to early   .

Move out of Sydney........ first step completed have taken a rental back up in Newcastle

Going to work in Syd for 3 or 4 days per week and the other 2 at our Newcastle depot

Step 2 is to find work in Newcastle

Step 3 finally bite the bullet and buy a house
