DlY Projects gone Wrong/Pairshaped

Why is it that DIY Projects that have gone pairdshaped end up dumped on my patch .     
Some Knuckle  Dragger mixed up a barrow load of  Rapid set  ,  Surprise Surprise   it went off in the barrow . Huge surprise surprise  its dumped on my  territory for me to deal with  .
Tools purchased by Tools that shouldn't have them abound from the carparks of Bummblings every day . This only clogs up the Emergency Dept of hospitals everywhere  .

Morons are everywhere, get use to it.
Look on the up side....At work Ive got a job for life, thanks to morons breaking equipment.
