The greenies are at it again in Victoria. Again in the "Golden Triangle" this time for an area  from and around the Wellsford forest, Wombat forest-Macedon Ranges, Hepburn area, Cobaw forest, and Mount Cole and the Pyrenees Range.

When it's locked up it'll be forever.
No fires
No cutting wood
No fossicking
No detecting
No dogs
No gold panning etc
No hunting/guns

Whilst I don't agree with the outcome, I'll suggest that it is a different agenda as to why DELWP want to close areas. They don't have enough budget as it is to maintain current facilities. By closing areas where there is minimal use/low traffic/not a draw card, they can refocus those $$$ on the high traffic areas such as Great Ocean Rd, Wilsons Prom etc. As I said I don't agree with it but that's the way it is. People already complain about paying taxes and paying higher camping fees, where do you think that money goes? Look at the funds from fishing licenses and how that has helped with freshwater stockings and returned Port Phillip Bay to a fantastic fishery. Do we introduce a camping/park license and follow the same path? Recreational fishing is a massive business and their peak bodies have lobbied government very well to get to where they are. We need a united body for camping/outdoors to do the same, otherwise these places will keep getting closed.
I owe, I owe, it's off to work I go...

I've seen Shitters overflowing to the top and I mean the seat. Guess there wasn't a figure to clean them out.
