After weighing in about 6 months ago and diligently having light lunches and no soft drink, I have lost 4/5ths of stuff all. Around 1kg, but being 100kg to start with I could safely say it is not enough to be statistically significant.

I'm afraid with all the beers and pub lunches at this time of year I will crack the tonne again in no time  .

Just weighed in at 115.8kgs.  In the 2016 weight lose group and while I have lost a bit still a long way to go so I will be in the 2017 group as well i would say.  All good though.

sitting on 95kg, so under 10 kg over weight.
would like to lose a bit of the gut will try a bit harder after the silly season

1) reduce sugar, soft drinks and alcohol can't cross this one off just yet
2) stop getting food off chuck truck
3) exercise. working on this already

Just got home yesterday from a 13 day ocean cruise. Unfortunately I put on 5kg and cracked the tonne. Not looking good coming into the festive season

Ha ha yes I stopped the cooked breakfast after day 3 and just had weetbix but the 2 lunches with desert and 2 dinners with 2 deserts then afternoon tea with desert killed me.

I'm scared to weight myself as the missus appears to be fattening me up for Christmas. She made me drag the Weber Kettle BBQ out yesterday and is 'test cooking' slow cooking with hickory for Christmas lunch next week. I just ate my way through a full sheep of ribs, with the roast still cooking for dinner...
