Looking at buying a second hand van / camper what things should I get done ?

1. Inspect it yourself
2. Pre purchase inspection by professional
3. REVS check

Your list looks pretty good to me yogi, but what would i know??
Does REVS do vans etc?

Yes it does Geoff ..... As I just found out recently .... Seems I will be joining the "if one is good two must be better" club shortly

It depends on your background/experience/capabilities.
Its not just the basic structural, but also everything that opens, closes, weak points in canvas areas, zips etc etc.
REVS is a must if private as it gives you peace of mind on the title. Cant comment on gas and elect certs etc, as here in WA there issued on the build for the van, camper.
