Cheap light bar, different colours?

I am looking for a cheap light bar, 20-25inch, spot/spread combo, <$100. Anyone recommend where to get one or have an ebay link? They all look the same to me (probably are hahaha) but would rather give my $$$ to a recommended seller.

Also, can you get them in a slightly lower colour, ie 4000-5000K?

That is cheap and it wouldnt end if tears if it was stolen.
