Charging phones and radios on the move

Does anyone know of a "mothership" battery witch a whole load of USB ports for recharging numerous devices at the same time. Or maybe a multiple thingy that I can plug into the car battery to charge half a dozen things simultaneously.
I hate having to run the inverter for this stuff.
