Schoolies Week....

G'Day All,
              First grandson is on Schoolies week.....Hmmmmm...was just wondering where he was going and what he was up too....Well bugger me ...he and a few of his mates packed there swags, some fishing gear and headed off to Notch Point.....Wow...what a way to do schoolies week....they left last Sunday and the reports suggest they are having a great time !!!!  will return on Thursday.....A great choice for the week i think !!

Yep number 2 son packed the ute with beer, the tent , tropical Eskie etc and headed to a camp ground by the beach for a week with a heap of school mates. Great way to end school all for it.

My Mrs is off to Bali tomorrow with a group of her girl friends. I only just realized today that it's schoolies.

I think I might be married to a closet toolie!

Mate at work has his son as schoolies, given he went about 6 times in his youth I think he is a little worried the boy might be a chip off the old block 
Apparently his bloke and his mates swags suspiciously "clinked" a lot when they loading them for the trip down.

I do....just the same as we did when young and slightly stupid......but we didn't have a way of showing the world....they're all obsessed with selfies and shoving it on facebook..

What a few ( or most ) don't get is when they eventually go for a job, the boss can go on facebook and see what they are REALLY like before deciding to hire them !!

A 17-year-old schoolie was hospitalised on the Gold Coast just before 4am Wednesday suffering burns to his bottom, which the Queensland Ambulance Service said was caused by a deodorant can and a lighter.

QAS said paramedics were called to Orchid Avenue to treat the boy's burns about 3.40am, before he was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital for further treatment.

^^^^ Amatures, they needed to drink a bottle and a half of good  Bundy along with a good feed first, then a few hours later let rip a monster fart into a lighter flame ... A mate cooked his coight and scorched his jeans doing that... Nice blue / yellow flame though
