We left Ballarat to bring our kids up in the country and ended here in gods own country on 25 acres, absolutely love it.

I reckon there's a few businesses in town like that, they're just waiting for the right buyer and sometimes that does take years. The local 4wd shop took ages to sell.

Undoubtedly one of my favourite spots. In fact I'll say it. It is my favourite spot. Been there a few times and still love it.........

With a wife and kids in school though its not going to happen for me. Later in life - who knows???
Our local pub down at our farm is also up for sale $500K. with house etc etc. Very tempting, but again, not a lifestyle for a family.
