I was up there this week. You can camp at Stoney Ck and a couple of other places on the way in. You can also camp in the dunes on 9 Mile Beach as well as 5 Rocks Beach Campground. I've never camped at any of these spots as we only go up there for day trips as we camp at Yepoon. Sand was soft this time in and Big Sandy was chopped up as well. The 80 did it with ease. Might have been a different story with the camper on though. Couple of pics of Three Rivers Beach which is north of Stockyard Point. And a video of the climb up Big Sandy.(If it loads)
Cheers, Mike.

Here's the video of the climb up Big Sandy. The climb starts prior to the video. Sorry that I can't help too much on the camping side of things but I've never looked at it as we camp elsewhere. In saying that, this was my 6th year in going up to 5 Rocks and love the place. 9 Mile Beach has a fresh water creek running through it. Awesome spot for the kids. Corio Bay to the south. Fishing from the rocks. 3 Rivers Beach is a beautiful spot. The track in is tight and you will get pinstripes on the way in to 3 Rivers.
Cheers, Mike.
