I Just wanted to say a big Thank you to Jet & RV power solutions..

I ordered a new Flexible solar panel and Controller off them last week, not only did I receive the gear in record time but when I installed the new gear we discovered that my Redarc Charger had been installed a little differently and was causing a few problems with the solar controller when the car was running..Even though all of jets equipment was working and the issue lied with my existing set up instead of palming me off saying its not my problem Jet went above and beyond and did some research and found out what I need to do to fix it and now it all works perfect and I am extremely happy with the results..

Anyone looking at buying solar panels needs to talk to these guys as their service is 1st class.. Thanks again..

I was just about to start a similar thread to thank Jet.

My camper batteries died on the weekend, needing replacements I reached out to Jet in the hope that he could sort us out in time to get us camping this weekend. Jet wasn't able to source me suitable batteries as there are currently no Ultimate AGMs in the country, not Jets fault or problem... Instead of fobbing me off Jet has kindly offered to lend me a couple of his old batteries to allow me and the family to get out camping this weekend with no obligation to buy new batteries from him.

I'm taking Jet up on his very generous offer and will be buying a couple of Ultimate AGMs through Jet as soon as they become available. Thanks again Jet, all too often we experience average service at best from organisations so its really refreshing to receive great service and advice from a top bloke.

Fly by night poor service outfits will always win the price war but I try to win the customer service war.
