How strong is a sheet of 1200x1200 comp panel

as tittle suggests I am wanting to know from those who have knowledge of ally comp panel 3mm

would a 1200 x 1200 sheet be fairly rigid I want to bolt through it onto 2 roof rails and want to know if it will develop any flap in that size .

Hey Jet the piece that I have, roughly that size takes a bit of preasure to bow by hand to  flex about 25+mm in the middle .If were to lay flat and be thin edge on to the wind and bolted along two sides you shouldnt get much flex ..Could you not sickaflex / countersink rivet a small ali angle brace under the center section to help support it ?.

I'm using 4 mm as my subfloor as I can get it 3.0x1.5.
For specs it varies from brand to brand but the stuff I'm using exceeds usual comp sheet as it is industrial/architectural structure speced.
Got to ulrich aluminum website and they have full specs on thier great product witch would do what you want.
Most other brands are a similar beast.
I can get a limited number of these sheets for around 80 a sheet witch is dirt cheap for solid core structural strength.

I'm not looking at making anything but we would all get it cheaper at quantity.
There are about 9 sheets, at this stage I want 3.
