I'd like to formally complain about all the rain QLD are getting. This is simply not acceptable that you should have as much as you have had while we have none!!!

I immediately request that you send some to us so we can also rejoice in the wet stuff  ;D

No, really. We have had FA here. Hope we get some soon or the Gibb will be boring as this year.

180mm since yesterday arvo at home about 120mm of that this morning. I've got a pump going in the back yard trying to get rid of the the water as quick as it flows into the yard, and both water tanks have been pumped empty and filling just as quick. We haven't even got the cyclone yet. :'(

We can arrange the rail delivery, but we've run out of brown wrapping paper, do you mind if its wrapped in 200km/h wind ?

Apparently the cyclonic areas have heavy rain but it can't be hitting the ground because the reporters are saying it's falling horizontally. Makes you wonder how it can flood.

Trrrumping Beast

Its only raining cause there is a camping and caravan show at the Gold Coast this weekend. Yall know that, right?  ;D

This might be a case of careful what you wish for ...

The forecasters have you pencilled in for 200mm or so next week.

I would but I don't think the owners would appreciate it.

If it makes you feel any better Steve and Viv, we're in a dry pocket up here. They started mustering next door as they're sick of waiting for The Wet. We have cyclones either side of us and barely a drop of rain....~30mm total for the last three weeks :/

Lil :)

Yea that would annoy any one. The stations out off Halls Creek are also hoping the cyclone in the NY will brig some rain.

Steve, we are a little further south of Greg and Leanne. Tipped out 230mm for the last 3-4 days.  That is enough for us. Bring on the sun shine for a few weeks. ;)

Mate all good down here. I worked over the last few days and it was interesting to watch how stupid people can be with flood waters around. They just have NFI!
