Does anyone know where I could get replacement hose for my air compressor?

It's a thumper style one that came with the crappy plastic coiled hose and I want to replace it with the straight rubber kind of hose which will hopefully last longer and I can also make it longer so I can actually reach the camper trailer tyres!

I have only seen 10mm airhose at bunnings which is not ideal for a portable compressor.

SuperCrap, a decent hardware store or a dedicated Tool store that sells pneumatic tools.

Go to someone like BOC or another decent trade supplier.  They should stock 6mm (1/4") hose.
Do not PM me for technical advice - start a thread.

This is what I did. Ended up with high pressure fuel hose, brilliant stuff.

Spartan,

I replaced my coiled hose with the 8m Rubber Air Hose kit from ABR Sidewinder. Still going strong after a couple of years.

If you take it to enzed, they can use your existing fitings, they just crimp them on to the new hose.

That's pretty much what I had in mind, thanks!

I think I'll grab one of these so I don't have to worry about refitting the gauge and chuck etc to the new hose.

Thanks for your input everyone.
