Bad pics of the canvas, looks like water could pool in the middle? Looks either like the canvas is loose or maybe just not properly erected

Yeah. Weird layout. I guess it will have an awning off the back, the kitchen is at the front away from the general area and the fridge is on the opposite side to the kitchen ???

Looks like there is not much room between the hitch and stone guard.  Be hard to open rear doors/tailgate of vehicle.

Looks like a modern version of the old Yanky / Pommy Riva / Dandy campers .

not the side fold but here is the company, shows their forward fold
I rang this company about 2 years ago after seeing an add for locally made CT's in Cairns. I originally thought "great, an OZ made manufactured hardfloor CT that I could afford"
I went and had a good look over ABC campers, a few months before we bought our imported CT.  I spent over an hour looking over two of their hardfloor CT's.

Their CT's were a mix of imported chassis, tents and components and some locally manufactured parts such as the fridge slide area. The owners gave me the impression that it was all made here and not imported which really annoyed me as I don't like companies abusing the "OZ made" reference and Australia sticker on the side of all of their CT's.

The CT's final finish and paint (done in their workshop) was average to say the least.  Their masking up prior to paint look like it had been done by a 5 year old.  They had paint on some of the rubber seals and missed spots where they should have had paint.

I think they just import and onsell CT's now. To be fair, maybe they have lifted their game in the last couple of years but I can't see this side folding thing being too popular.

How can you tell? Have you had a close look or are you guessing by the pics?

Yea when we were looking for a new ct we looked at a local company (that also sells imported furniture take a guess) and I asked about where it is made, they replied right here on the Sunshine Coast, a few days later I was looking at brochures of different makes and lo and behold I found the camper being sold under another name.......I was a bit peeved, their product looked ok but the honesty bit got me.....
