Cleaning and protecting Trailer plugs and sockets

Hi Folks,
Noticed some corrosion on my 12 pin flat trailer plugs terminals and was wondering if anyone has any tips on a suitable product to clean and protect.
I was going to try some Inox but then someone said that a product called cdc lecture shield might be better for electrical connections, anyone tried this stuff?

i'd say either one would be fine...

i use inox products quite a bit and never had an issue...

Lite rub contacts  with superfine wet n dry or scotchbrite pad and few good squirts of CRC, Innox, WD-40 type spays if corroded works for me. When sitting for a time after use give a spray and bag the trailer one in a zip lock bag to stop spiders building webs all over the prongs.. [ oudoor storage ] .

The Inox people make a longer-lasting heavy duty version called Lanox. I do the contacts, the locks, the closers, bolt heads, handbrake parts etc. every 3 months. So rif I say Inox or Lanox, it's not Bolox.

Lanox ... The magic ingredient is lanolin ... Sheeps wool fat!

The lanolin is one of the best lubricants and electrical protectors around that doesn't contain other nasties ... And doesn't dry out.
