l have been asked what l wanted today from SWOMBO . My answer
Home made sausage rolls
Fresh muffins
Cold Beer
Absolute Silence
Louse the top  ( l was on a roll , things were going Well , What could possibly go Wrong    ???  )

Every year since we stopped going to the race 13 years ago we have a big BBQ at a mates place 30 odd blokes with a spit, beer keg and the sweepstake with booby prizes, starts at 7:30am and goes till late.  This year I elected not to go and have a quite day at home finishing the camper wiring and cleaning the workshop, with the TV on in the background.  Mates were not happy and came around yesterday arvo for the top 10 shootout and gave me a bit of what for!

I'm being picked up in 5 minutes for the traditional black labels (Jim Beam) with bacon and egg breakfast...

Woke up this morning, bacon and eggs in bed!

Walked out to the kitchen, the TV was on, coffee n the news paper on the table next to my seat!

Asked the SWMBO why all the extra attention and she said 'I'll leave you in silence all day without the kids if I can go shopping all day!!??'
