Introduction from John and my long suffering wife Robyn.

We have been 4WD touring since 1998 and have had many outback ventures in our GQ patrol.

A few years ago we decided we were going to venture north of Rockhampton and as we are all aware Rockhampton is where Humans become apart of the food chain.
So I purchase a second hand off road camper so the crocks have to unzip the tent and climb the ladder to get us. 
I do like the new comfort it has provided but have a desire to make my own and that has lead me to this forum.

I know enough to be dangerous so I figure I had better tap into this knowledge tree so the wheels don't fall off the new project.
