It's going to be VERY wet this weekend....and coupled with a few thousand feet, I'm sure walking around Millbrodale will be lots of fun !!

Don't know what traffic is like now, but apparently a couple of hours ago, there was a 10km queue and the RTA and highway patrol had set up a defecting station at the entrance and were doing engineering checks on 4wds.

On the bright side, at least it's not raining...at the moment

I can see it now........turn on the two way.........what's the hold up in the front.............RTA doing checks.....................200 lifted 4wd's doing a U turn and heading home to pick up the wifes car.

travel passed there today at 12 on the way home from work trip and yes the RTA was doing checks in the memorial park opposite entry and police on point duty at entrance and it was raining as well. At $130 for a day entry, i think staying home is a good idea. Or for $30 you can go watch  enthusiest cars go round at Eastern creek

I think your estimate of U turns may be a touch conservative  considering the event. Tyre size might be an issue seeing you can't engineer that now
