Xmas to March is always quick.
But I reckon December is the shortest month of the year.   It lasts for three weeks, then you have this void when nothing happens between Xmas and New Year.

All months are shorter now because of the carbon tax.

I think it's because we don't manufacture months in aus anymore. And we know that some of the Chinese stuff just doesn't last as long.

This makes sense now.
I was confused 

I though the months were 10% longer since GST came in, but its obvious, the carbon tax has shortened them.
Maybe a user pays system might work better.

Those of us who work can pay more to have longer months to work harder and take less holidays and those who "choose" not to work can apply for a carbon rebate and special exemption to make the months shorter so they can get paid more often.



Now - seriously, I think its an age thing. The older you get the quicker it goes. (time that it!)

I was thinking the same thing and that's it summer is finished  I was still trying to get used to writing 14 at the end of the dates and now we are up to the 3rd month already. Lucky March brings holidays for me
