Great temp, sunny but very very windy at lake taubrie NSW. Setting up the CT in the rain last Thursday was an experience. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy.

not me, but no.2 son has been in Broome for a week and was due back this afternoon but will be staying a while longer.  Broome is just on the edge of cyclone Christine as far as gales go but rain has flooded the runway so  no flights for a while.

Cold here,

Hot.

We spent the last few days at around 37C at the parents place and got 42C on our way home.  Now we are getting "severe" storms pushing through ... but not in my suburb as always.

At least it's a bit cooler now ... still sweaty but cooler.

P.S.  I hear The Nurse lost power last night.  She must of got the rain too.

We used to camp at Thortons Beach years ago right on the beach under the trees.
