Raffle and Auction for the 2014 Cape Trip. (Cancelled)

Following on from the great generosity from members who dug deep at the National Meet and Gulf Trip I am looking for any one who would like to donate items for next years Cape Trip.

There will be raffles and some items going up for Auction depending on the donations received.

All members can participate by either:

Donating items,

Buying tickets for the raffle ( Tickets will be $2 each)

Lodging bids prior to the trip for the items being auctioned. These bids will be held secret and will be revealed during the Auction of the item.

Pm me the following information:

Item you wish to bid on and your maximum bid.

How many tickets you wish to buy and I will collect the money via direct deposit.

Any member who is successful with the winning bid or raffle, and is not on the trip, will need to pay postage for that item.

Naturally I will be the auctioneer. 

I will start the donations off with a 20in Led Light Bar up for auction.

All donations will go to the RFDS.
