Easter 2014 - Wilsons Prom and High Country Help Please

Hello,

Still planning for our 9 month trip next year and working out public hols and school hols. Just realised that Easter Good Friday is on 18th March.
Just wondering what my chances of getting into Wilsons Prom on the 16th March and leave on the 18th? I will phone Parks Vic tomorrow as I don't understand the online bookings and also if it would be allowed to camp before Good Friday.

We would like to leave on Good Friday from Wilsons Prom and then  try to find a camp in the High Country on Good Friday for a couple of nights around Dargo and move onto Omeo Easter Monday.

Does anyone know our chances...and no not looking into a crystal ball...but somebody may know the Easter craze down that part of Victoria. I understand it will be busy.

lf your prepared to kill you will have a camp site at the Prom waiting for Easter . The High country is you best bet

Oh dear!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so so so sorry, kids are running around whilst I am planning and kids and paper don't work. Sorry Easter is in April not March so I have just confused myself totally.

Hoping now we will get into the Prom as there are no holidays - public or school hols - I guess our chances will be better (I hope)

The prom in peak/shoulder times is booked out via a ballot system 12 months prior. Outside of these times you should be ok as it will only be backpackers and nomads.
