hey all,

just a couple of probably simple questions  I have as I'm new to all this madness.

where does everyone store there annex walls and tarps? can they be stored on top of the tent under the cover? or will they rub and damage each other?

I have a front tool box and spare room in the walkway of the camper but think it would be easier inside the cover.

please help me out.  :-[

I had a couple of canvas bags made up that I put the walls, kitchen wall, etc into...I just throw it up on top when packing up, and then put the cover over the top. No problems.

When unpacking, pull them down and if I don't need them, put them under the trailer.

On top of the bed for the annex walls (they have only been used about 3 times, not sure why we keep taking them lol). What I do is make the bed, then I put a cover sheet over the bed to stop any dirt or dust I've missed when I sweep the CT floor ending up in our bed, I then throw on son's swag, daughters sleeping bag and stretcher bed, then I spread the awning pieces across the lot to make it all even.
We then fold the camper up, and put the tarps and floor matting on top, then put the cover on.
Hope this helps :)

thanks all. was wondering if it would damage anything but it seem all will be ok. this will free up a heap of room plus a safer place for them rather then tool box.

When I am travelling to and from campsites I store my annexe walls in the garage on the top shelf.

Glad I could be of assistance.

The large tarp is stored under the camper cover. I never use the annex walls etc. they stay at home.

My thoughts are I would prefer to sit under the large tarp thats over the camper and see what's happening and take in the surrounds than be cooped up with walls around me.

If it rains I just adjust the tarp.

Same, my tarp covers all my tent with plenty of room to cover the kitchen. Used the walls once on the first trip, on the shelf at home now!

Annex walls in the bottom of the front box, which is where they have resided unused since new. I think I mite take them out and store them in the shed as the likelihood of them ever getting used is looking pretty remote.

The full annex to mine sits in the shed (pita to put up), the over night awening and clear tarp walls sits ontop of the mattress
