Sounds a bit like wag I was thinking. My grandparents for years use to heat their water by having a copper coil in the fire.
Don't complain! It could be worse, you could be six foot under or a brick of ashes!!

Nice woolgoolgaoffroad. Water restrictions hey, It might work at home on my teenage son. Not sure why he spends so long in the shower ;D.

Got bored today and thought, how can i utilise a 12 volt shower and a jerry can for better water usage when away.
Well I raided the shed and with a couple of different pipe fittings, hose clamps and a bit of tubing - it works. Just push the clear pipe onto a plastic tap off any jerry can, plug in your 12 volt - and shower away. This way i can tell the daughter that once your 10litres is gone- ITS GOOOOOOOONE !!!!

But my 12V shower pump just drops in the top of the jerry.  Didn't your pump fit?
