So I've found a trailer that I think suits my needs. I'm after something basic that will get us into the camper trailer game. I don't want hardcore but something that has all the gear and will do what we need. I've found a MARS trailer and the guy has kitted it out to the max. We intend on spending 80% of our time onroad and a little bit if time on gravel tracks. In the under $10k market there's many options, and every trailer has things you like and things you don't. This trailer really looks like it suits our needs. The seller seems abit OCD, which isn't a bad thing. I'm a bit that way myself, so while the quality isn't top shelf, as a beginner it seems good to me. I eagerly await your responces. Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Im itching to get into it. Feel free to comment. Cheers.

If its what suits your budget and what you want in a camper, fantastic. Get out there and enjoy.

Congrats on the new camper.

I guess the questions are as follows.
Do you feel like its a bargain?
does the seller think he is selling too cheap?

If the answer is yes to both then your ahead  :cup:

Seriously though, if your budget is up to the $10g mark, then I would be looking for a bare bones aussie made trailer.
Just my two cents.  But if your happy with it and it gets you out and about then that is what really matters.

I understand the Perth market is definitely a fair bit tougher we less around.
BUT if you see one you like ask the seller if they will work with you on either transport etc etc.
I live in vic, I bought my trailer from brissy.
I sold my last boat to a chap in SA,
And bought a car for my cousin from margret river.
plus the market is still a little tough, so you will never know unless you ask someone.  ;D

How long have they been on the market? Is it 2nd hand?

I read on their website: "surface finish: Hot dip galvanised with Hammertone textured powder coating". Is that even possible?

Lol, I nearly sent that link as well. Have you ever seen a tent put up so poorly? Great value camper though, and there were three more similarly priced and possibly better value on TP.
