For those of you overly familiar with cricket we have 1 month, 1 week and 1 day until we move.

If you do not understand what I am jabbering on about it probably means you have a life, congrats  ;D

Welcome Bunyip.

We made the move here three years ago and have never regretted it.... even when it's -8deg on night shift!

I'm barely a local yet but if you need any info or local knowledge shout out.

Cheers,
Daz

OK, so things are starting to work out, wihch is probably good as the move date has come forward bya  week!

- The daughter has been accepted into her school
- LB has secured a job
- We finally put in an application for a house today (after 16 years of not renting filling int he form was a real pain in the rear end)

I also got a call from the recruiter who got LB her job saying she knows I was looking for a change in direction but could I please call her. Unfortunately I was in Orange today, really hope I don't have to go back out there this week. Already clocked over 1000Km this week with a run down to get the CT serviced and a trip to Orange today. I know for some that would not be a lot but I wasn't even on a holiday and didn't get to camp!

Nope, apparently (and I never knew this one) it refers to Admiral Nelson's lost eye, arm and leg. Anything that is a multiple of 111 so yes I was stetching a little bit.

Things are moving very quickly!

- We got approved for the rental property in Orange, we will not have to live out of the Kimberly now!
- Our house sale went unconditional this morning
- There is potential for me to get a part time job (3 days a week) which will still allow me to study.

Great morning so far.

Well we are here now. The removal it's were great, nothing broken or lost. They even turned up on time.
Some friends came over from Leura on Saturday and helped us unpack so that is pretty well done now.

Internet and phone arrive on Wednesday so it is 3G until then.

When the weather warms up a bit I will organise a MySwag BBQ at our place.
