What model patrol you looking at. I am in Rockhampton but can't say I have a huge mechanical background. Owned a patrol before going to the lc200.

Had the 2005 3litre so really would not know enough about them to give you a fair opinion. But if you get really stuck let me know might be able to help in a week or so just about to start shifts again.

i own a 4.8 also owned a 2.8td for many yrs did Lots to it could possibly take a look at it for you if time permits go on hols end of next wk. this 4.2td wouldn't have 220k on the clock would it i saw one the other day they were asking 50k Ono pretty stock.
