Wasnt there a similar thing happening in the USA where cars with flyby wire accellerator set ups were going  to full throttle and causing  crashes ..

Guy in green ute did get hit, you can hear it but you have to tune the radio out and listen past it.

I beg to differ guys... I have watched it a number of times. Why would he continue driving if he was just hit by another car, completely at fault? I cannot hear the Green ute being hit, nor see any sign that he was hit.
The fact he continues to drive on, without pulling over to the left suggests he didn't want to stop.. Why wouldn't he, it wasn't his fault.

I must be imagining things then, because I can hear a definite hit on the green ute and the exact same sound when he hits the blue car at the lights.
